Easy!  Simply email us the name, year of manufacture (if known) and a photo of your machine and/or wires.  Photos of wire machine ends and machine jacks (where the wire is inserted into the machine) is really helpful!

There is no minimum order quantity on any of our products you see on our website - these are our in-stock style cables.  Custom orders do have special requirements and our team is happy to work through those specifics with you. 

Unfortunately, we are not open to the public at this time.  However, we can share images or specifications with you to ensure compatibility to your machine and needs. 

The expected clinical lifespan of a lead wire is approximately 6 months, at home lead wires are expected to last at least a year.  Removing electrodes properly from the ends of lead wires will reduce lead wire damage at the strain relief. 

We ship to the USA every Friday through our consolidated US broker.  This allows us to cut down on customs clearance time so you get your products as quickly as possible.  If an order is placed prior to Wednesdays at 1pm we will be able to ship that product out the Friday of that same week.  If product is not in stock and needs to be made, our usual lead-time is 3 weeks.
